Your race is decided
before the start.

Course, paces, nutrition, kit, split times. Triday builds your whole plan in 20 minutes — and rebuilds all of it the moment you change an assumption.

Step 1 — Course & paces
Replaces your spreadsheet Replaces screenshots of the profile

Three courses broken down, your paces laid over them.

Pick your race from the catalogue or drop in your GPX. Triday rebuilds all three courses and speaks each one's language — loops and water temperature in the swim, climbing split into segments on the bike, breaking points on the run.

  • One analysis per discipline, not a calculator that treats all three alike
  • Pace per 100 m, speed, power: whichever unit means something for that sport
  • Cut-off times from the official guide, checked against your plan

Step 2 — Nutrition
Replaces the organiser's PDF Replaces your hand-made maths

What the organiser hands you, and what you carry.

Everyone else works out grams per hour. Triday knows there is Coke and bananas at kilometre 120 in Nice, what time you will get there, and what you still need to carry to fill the gap.

  • Official aid stations taken from the athlete guide, source and date on show
  • Your own products placed by the kilometre, with their real carb content
  • The gauge separates what you take on course from what you carry

Replaces your paper checklist Replaces “I hope I packed everything”

All three sports, nothing forgotten.

Ironman's five-bag system has never been digitised anywhere. Here each bag fills itself from your plan: what you planned to eat on the bike ends up in the bike bag.

  • One bag per transition, in your event's actual colours
  • What you put in T1 reappears on the bike — no double entry
  • The aggregated shopping list, ready before you leave

Step 4 — Your people
Replaces the WhatsApp group Replaces “I’ll call you out of the water”

One link. Your family knows where to be, and when.

Tracking apps start at the gun. This one gets shared the night before, with car parks, viewing points and estimated split times — recalculated the moment you adjust your plan.

  • A public page, no account, nothing to install
  • Car parks, shuttles and access taken from the official guide

Questions

What we get asked most.

Where do the official aid stations come from?

From the athlete guide published by the organiser for that edition. Every entry shows its source and its verification date. A course only enters the catalogue once sourced: if an aid station cannot be verified, it does not appear.

How are split times calculated?

From your paces and the real profile of the course, segment by segment. Nothing is stored as a fixed value: change one pace and the whole day recalculates, right down to the time your family reads on their phone.

My race is not in the catalogue?

Drop in your GPX file and Triday rebuilds the route and the profile. Official aid stations, though, only appear on verified races.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. You build your plan and only pay when you export it.
